Manufacturing and packaging
These videos were taken on EIZO’s assembly and packaging lines at its global head-

Automated Screw Insertion
A CCD (charge coupled device) camera confirms the proper location for screw insertion and then a robotic arm inserts the screws.

Color Adjustment
A camera inside a glass compartment examines then adjusts the color temperature, gamma, white balance, and brightness of each FlexScan monitor.

Packaging
A FlexScan monitor is packaged before shipping.

Drop Testing
In these drop test videos of EIZO FlexScan EV monitors, A transparent sheet was
used on one side of the packaging to see how the contents inside move. The data
gleaned from tests such as these helps us determine the optimum size and shape
for packaging materials. (Note: these videos are not meant to imply that the
product will be damage-free if dropped.
