How does EIZO onsite service work?

The actual onsite service is performed by our dedicated service partner Teleplan. Please call the hotline on +32.2-709.93.23 from Monday until Friday from 8.00 until 16.30 o'clock.If an exchange of the monitor is necessary, an equal replacement will be available within one working day. A courrier will come to your premises and will deliver the exchange equipment at the designed reception. He will take the defective equipment with him.
