EIZO's on-site exchange service is quick and reliable; it operates through our service partner EIZO Service Center.
All you need to do is call our Service Hotline on 040 265 9400 (Netherlands) or +32 (0)2 709 9323 (Belgium and Luxembourg). The hotline is available from 9 AM to 5 PM Monday to Friday.
Quick:
If your equipment needs to be exchanged, you will have an equivalent replacement within two working days.
Transport:
EIZO Service Center driver will come to your premises and deliver the replacement to your deliveries department or to your reception desk; he will take the defective equipment away with him.
Extent of warranty:
The warranty applies to all equipment supplied in the Benelux. It covers failure of the backlight and extends to either five years or 30,000 operating hours, whichever is sooner. (At a normal office, however, a total of 30,000 operating hours will not be reached within a period of five years. Assuming that the equipment is used eight hours a day, five days a week, and 52 weeks a year, that would take more than 14 years.)
